We are holding a South of England Competition...

(under 18's must send letter of permission to enter from a parent/carer)

You will need to produce no more than 3 outfits which the youth of today would wear.  You need to photograph your clothing modelled by youth and forward photographs to us by either post or by email.
 
ENTRY RULES

Competition Rules

Closing date for receipt of postal entries: 1st November 2009

Closing date for online entries: 1st November 2009 Midnight GMT

Maximum of 3 outfits per person to be submitted

Photos must be no larger than 1000 pixels width & 720 pixels in height and a maximum of 500kb

 
 
We will then pick entries to go through to the semi final which will take place on Saturday 16th January 2010 with the final taking place on Saturday 20th March 2010.

 

Eligibility

  • Entries must be entirely the work of the entrant(s) and must never have been published, self-published, published on any website or online forum, broadcast nor winning or placed in any other competition (as at 1st November 2009).
  • Entries submitted anonymously will not be eligible.
  • Entrants under 18 years old must provide letter of permission to enter from a parent/guardian and forwarded to Peace of Mind Care, 53 Franklin Avenue, Tadley, Hampshire, RG26 4EY.

Entry Format

  • Maximum of 3 outfits per person to be submitted
  • Photos can be either colour or black & white
  • Photos must be no larger than 1000 pixels width & 720 pixels in height and a maximum of 500kb
  • Entries must show no name, address or identifying marks other than the title (Online entries should have an ID number which we will supply when you enter)
  • Entries are not returned, keep a copy
  • No corrections can be made after receipt
  • Please ensure that you use the correct postage.

Receipt of entry

  • Please enclose a stamped addressed postcard marked 'ACKNOWLEDGEMENT' if you require acknowledgement of receipt of your postal entry  
  • It is not possible to confirm receipt of entries by phone or email

Results

  • We will announce all semi finalists by the 1st January 2010.  Semi Finalists will be added to our website by this date and contacted by telephone or email. 

Copyright

  • Worldwide copyright of each entry remains with the Designer, but Peace of Mind Care will have the unrestricted right to publish the designers work on our website.

Judging

  • The judges' decision is final and no individual correspondence can be entered into
  • Judges are unable to comment on individual entries
  • Judging is fair and unbiased.
Entry implies acceptance of all the rules

Failure to comply with the entry requirements will result in disqualification
 
FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY
 
  1. Peace of Mind Care reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules and terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or the competition details.
  2. Entrants below the age of 18 must obtain consent from your parent or guardian to enter competition which should be signed and forwarded to Peace of Mind Care at the address below.
  3. Photos uploaded to competitions cannot be deleted and will remain in the allocated competition viewing gallery
  4. The copyright remains with the designer, although by entering the competition you authorise Peace of Mind Care to use your photo(s) submitted to the competitions for any publicity or promotional purposes of Peace of Mind Care and it's services
  5. Any Entrant(s) found or suspected to have acted in any way fraudulently will have their photo(s) removed. This could result in a ban from entering future competitions
  6. It is the designers duty to make sure that all person who appear in their photos give written consent for the photographs to be published and the designer is responsible for ensuring that any persons under 18 who appear in the photos have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to appear in photo.  We will not accept any liability in this regard.
  7. By entering our competitions you are deemed to have read and agreed with these rules & terms
